Work is well in field and hard work in last few months. But that is few months I worked in that organisation
Some good friends are presently contact with me
Company is good for the people who don't get job anywhere or for the freshers
If you have any other offer better not to lose it
Expectations are High
Need to work at least for 9 hours, Otherwise you have to justify your 9 hours of work.
Do you want be like passenger just sitting and nothing to do? staring at people and their acting as if they are busy. Then this is for you, else block this company and explore other companies for better Opportunities. You will never learn anything not even management skills
The company culture needs to be improved. Competent managers should be appointed. HR fails to inform the terms, benefits and policies of the organisation.
The best part of my experience at Bridge was having autonomy on my projects, and affecting thousands of kids' lives. The company is doing great things.
The worst part was, when money got tight, the company laid me off, after 4 years of ceaseless dedication. Sometimes there isn't a lot of transparency between the departments, and it can make the vibes weird. A lot of people are aware that their jobs aren't very secure.
