What is the best part of working at the company?Company is good but the leave policy is not flexible enough for an employee. HR was very rude and management is reckless, not a good experience.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Late shifts and extending shift with no perks.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work culture is not professional as compared to other companies.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Its super stressful. Resources are not well placed and planned in the teams. Transparency between teams are not convenient.

Workplace was good and the hardest part is working for long hours and the team, colleagues are really friendly

A Day starts with working on the activities which has been assingned to me . The hardest past of the job is working on the weekends in the tax season.

Learning opportunities, 8 hours of work

Cons

Very less pay, very less amount amount credited in meal vouchers not sufficient for even single meal, Non A/C Cab, very less Night Shift allowance, salary is extremely less
