The Organizational growth is stalled

They were a great company till their aggressive growth plans.The Sales and corresponding growth plans failed and hence there are job losses The Leaders are not empowered to take decisionsIt was surprising that even the C suite leaders have to fall back on the founders to make decisionsFinances are looking bleak as of nowAlthough they claim to be profit making, It is at the cost of employees well being and silent layoffs

Good pay, Good team at a lower to mid level

Cons

Lack of vision, Weak planning, Poor work culture, dis-empowered leadership and micro managerial co-founders

Is fun to work at BrowserStack. Get to learn a lot. Office is good :) No work life balance. But pantry and salary is competitive to cover this up. Also, depends on which team you are a part of
