Good but not great
Everything is great but the Salary. Managers are great, they encourage employees to do their best, all are in place. They drive Continuous Improvement, they drive change, but what is it that deducts a chunk?Employees, Suboordinates and Salaries. Person in the same role can earn 1x, 0.5x and 2x as well.

Not really a good one for technical people - kolkata site
Most of the upper management are from Wipro bpo . All technical teams are managed by the them . Lots of governance and rules on every matter . Lack of flexibility for employee . Hiring quality is extremely low . Technical people are treated same way like back office and call center agents .
