Too much work pressure and zero fun,

I would not recommend anyone to join. Every day they expect manegement to do extra hours of work but no extra salary No proper off for manegement, No support from any where u will get. U are not allowed to do anything evey think you have ask area lead permission even your manegement OFF, shift timming , no stable management one will report to defferent store one another store and finally u only need to do shift manager job and RGM job. No freedom of work , and most importantly less staff and less manegement u have to deliver every thing.. in everything includ restaurant deliverables which u have to deliver

A very Good Job Culture

Company has a very good job culture, a lot space to learn new things. Fun working environment. It has potential to grow faster in QSR jungle comparatively. But the problem is of management. I do work in a franchise of Burger King, Taken by lite bite travel food which has 3 store at airport and coming up with the IRCTC projects.
