No opportunity... I don't used to get chance to deal with customers.. Management is not good... work is casual.. Too much favour to tenured employees.

Dirty politics

The floor manager and the centre manager already set a dirty politics there .. they just keep targeting clients to themselves.. even the clients who will be interested in you .. they keep forcing you to stay away with them ..They just making money for themselves.. you will be just limited to few clients there

There are no set policies and the management decides to shift away from the policies according to their whims and fancies. They deduct salaries & make employees work as LWP also.They are biased towards employees and dont utilise persons skills for the role. They dont appreciate or entertain any honest suggestions/feedback provided by employees and clients alike.

Long hours, overtime, no salary for overtime for center manager, told to take no incentives for centre manager

There is sufficient training and exposure through out job tenure . They hire hardworking and smart people . Be up for a challenge . Dressing smart and being fit is important being in gym industry . Good incentive system in sales
