The most useful review selected by IndeedThere are no set policies and the management decides to shift away from the policies according to their whims and fancies. They deduct salaries & make employees work as LWP also.They are biased towards employees and dont utilise persons skills for the role. They dont appreciate or entertain any honest suggestions/feedback provided by employees and clients alike.

Long hours, overtime, no salary for overtime for center manager, told to take no incentives for centre manager
