Ambiance nulle, direction a revoir..On te fait venir à 14h pour te faire rentrer chez toi à 15h. Le lendemain tu commences à 5h et tu finis à 18h. Organisation nulle.bref aller ailleurs.

work from home at any time a typical day at work is 1 or two hour
i learned how to teach and i manage it well with workplace culture and the hardest part was the bvl program but the most enjoy thing of it you can done your month work in a week.

Normalmente para quem trabalho na área de RH e DP em minha visão tem uma rotina, porém de acordo com os acontecimentos não fica uma atividade rotineira de se fazer, pois o cotidiano é bastante acelerado, sempre tem alguma coisa nova para fazer.Nesta área aprendi muito, desde a entender e resolver o menor dos problemas tanto do colaborador quanto da empresa, mas a resolver problemas que tem grande impacto para a organização, além de conhecer pessoas que sempre agregam conhecimentos tanto técnicos quanto comportamentais e ajudam em nosso crescimento.
