Good place to earn money
It's a good place for the fresher to enter into sales and learn how to do aggressive selling. The incentives schemes are very attractive as well at the same time if you are mot making revenue for a small duration, managers increases the pressure and change their behaviour towards you. As long as you are making sales, everything is good. The moment you start struggling it starts getting worse for you. What would you say about your employer?
