Attractive sallary, you should very good in pressure handling, better career growth, 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday. Sallary will be getting on proper timings but no incentive plans since long days.

Exponential learning & growth but compromise on work life balnce

It is a place for someone for whom learning is highest priority. Who want new technologies & new challenges & aggressive growth in less time. ideally perfect for people in initial stage of career. You will come out mush stronger when you leave the company. Who want to build products for huge user base. You will get the recognition, awards etc but its not a place to seek work life balance.In just 2 years I worked on 8 projects out of which 5 I built myself with my team. I learned how to architect projects, how to build team culture & leadership, Lot of new technologies like building a library, micro-frontend etc.

Aggressive learning, Awards & recognition, Promotions, Leave poilcy, Flexible work hours

Cons

No transapency from Leadership, Self obsessed founders, Unskilled Leadership, Constant mangers changes

Worst company

Work timing is like gold mines ; from 10am to 8 pm .Full politics was there within colleagues and management.There is lot of pressureNo direction and vision of the company, every day the requirements of the company vary.Many of the colleagues left the company within 1 year of span.

1. Salary structure is good 2. Direct and Inside sales skill development 3. Learning new skills of convincing customers 4. Knowledge about the sales of educational products 5. Communication skills development 6. On Spot Sales Closure Ability 7. Skill development on Understanding customer's psychology to purchase a product 8. Loan/Finance processing Skill development 9. Outbound phone calling and inbound customer handling experience 10. Online product sales skill dvelopment1. Working Environment 2. Daily sales pressure (After achieving own target given by the company) 3. Working hours (Almost 12-13 Hrs/day) 4. Daily target fulfillment pressure 5. No work-life balance 6. No Career development 7. Hectic place

byjus was great in the starting like any other company but as the time passed by this place became more and more degraded it is very bad for mental health of the employee

Was good initially now worst

Based on my personal experience :- Yes Its a stressfull job,- Initially there was no pressure with respect to targets later on pressure increased. - Senior Management (especially AGMs,AVPs) are completly biased - If they like someone they will save them be it PIP,Warning,Maximum no of unplanned leaves or LAYOFF.

It was a good place

Overall the company is good, but there are some problem with the management side that needs to be taken care of. . . Otherwise fine .Strict timings You may learn from every place you work in. Overall culture was good, but they need to train employees on ethics and code of conduct. Some managers neglect their duties, they also need to get trained for a managerial role .

Pressure is high

Earnings is good but on full pressure ,They will follow up you on hourly basis.You have to travel more & weekly basis.But for freshers it is good experience.

Very mind dismantling place

The title is enough. They believe in giving dreams and breaking them in a snap. We believed that this organisation has a wonderful product, it seems most of the revenue they used was not for company or employee or product development, it was solely for Branding and marketing. Now they have laid off and have made excuses of performance. Just because of BYJUS many companies are not even considering my profile. How worse it can go?
