It is a good companies but area wise the need to improve in their courses and price.if the company start physical tution centre in local area with different faculty I think that is good .as compare other company .

Toxic company

If you want to get high salary for just 3 months. Just go and join BYJU bcz they will terminate you or you will ran away bcz of the toxic pressure and work life balance.

Byjus is paying high but firing the employee also They are not enough good work culture and benefit with the employee shut up now literallyI can't say too much

There is no office timing always pressure with the targets to meet down everyday

Starting with the salary it is good compared to other comapny but the higher authority are making us work like robots we get lunxh break sometime only for 45 mins and we work everyday more than 12 hours

Awful Work-life balance and rude behaving management

If you are new to sales, stay far away from this company. BYJU's just see revenue beyond anything else. It has very bad management and you won't be able to give time to your family or indulge into something else in your life. Even after your day-night drenching efforts, you'll only receive discouragement if you won't convert your leads to revenue. Even for personnel having sales experience would feel conjusted in their atmosphere. I recommend that you could go for doing some kind of business in your area rather than seeking a career(BDA) in BYJU's.

I have been worked morethan 2.5 years in Byju’s Its good opportunity to develop sales & management (team managing skills ) On time salary , no deviation Good work culture So, happy about (im an byjuite)Byjus improve a personal life standards too(awesome work experience )

Not recommended

The work place is too harsh and everyone is frsutrated everytime, eventually showing the frustration on the employees and the company doesn't prove good product at all even don't look after the employees. Not giving salary on time and even the mangers and the senior managers are not compatible to work with.

salary wise it was best, but over stress and making kids in mangers position is worst part since they dont know to manage people

during working days it was hectic , when i was about to leave management is good by HR. workplace have zero culture forced to work in week off, hardest part manager will treat like a s**t. enjoyable part is salary and incentive when we perform . proper system is there to perform. only problem byjus dont know who to promote manager and senior manager.

Always competitive... Its really hard to find job security with byjus... They pay well... But there is a lot of stress and the work is hectic. No work life balance..

Everything is good but upper management is not that much effective they don't have productive manager but the quality of the bda also not that much top much as the brand has good value but the senior manager and manager are not qualified person to become manager because of internal politics they will become manager very easily

Company good but work culture thirdclass, 13 to 14 hours work daily. After this salary, attendance and pf Satutory team always doing fraud with employee just to loot the amount of salary

You will only be in good books if you are a good salesperson and also a good customer support person

Join byjus only if you can handle the ability to listen from your managers when your week goes 0. You can not have any work life balance you will start your work at 9 am but the end can be 11 or 12.

Worst Company

For BDA's there is no social life in Byju's, Very stressful and imbalanced work culture. Too much pressure to complete weekly targets, managers won't even rest .

Stressful and not supportive

In sales department, company just want sales by any how, they doesn't bother weather child can do the course or not, will it be fruitful for the parents to join there kid in byjus classes. Company doesn't bother any of them, i listened parents cry over phone to return the course but as per company protocol after 15 days you can't. For sales person it is stressful job working like 15-16 hours a day and force selling to the parents to secure job and incentives, no personal life matter to the company, no support, i lost my mother to cancer still they wanted me to relocate or quit.

Competitive and fast paced workplace

If you are achieving the target then there is no problem company give you so much perks and benefits. If you don't achieve then it will be hard for you to survive in the company.

It teaches about patient

It was a very stress full job and they use to have very high targets.wrok pressure is too high and work timings are too high . The government holidays are also not given to us First they said they have 2 days week of Later they use to only give only one day of week of They said if we will leave job our salary will be credited how many days we workedBut till now i have mailed them no respite

Not join this do not join this company and tell unless you are very much interested in sales and wanted to work in high pressure work environment the pay scales are good they provide cab for the meetings but the targets are same throughout the year weather II it is a off season or on season
