No work and life balance and job security do not exist. you may get a call from your manager at any time even at 11 pm. The salary is comparatively high but work load and pressure is too much to handle.

Worst place to work
Inside Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Banglore, Karnataka - January 5, 2023
Byjus will pay you good amount of money but the thing you won't get is work life balance. If you're okay with that it's good company for you. If you're in sales no matter how bit you have to five numbers in fact higher hierarchy will ask you to sale to your own family members. If you're a hard-core sales person no doubt it's a great platform for you.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
No work Life balance

Satisfactory
Academic specialist (Current Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - December 24, 2022
Working as a teacher is good. But teachers need a individuality as well. Which is not much possible here. Otherwise satisfied with job. Though sometimes but stressful.
Pros
Work from home
Cons
Almost no breaks, health-wise troubling, work pressure is so that emploees have to start working before login time.

Awful Work-life balance and rude behaving management
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Cuttack, Orissa - December 14, 2022
If you are new to sales, stay far away from this company. BYJU's just see revenue beyond anything else. It has very bad management and you won't be able to give time to your family or indulge into something else in your life. Even after your day-night drenching efforts, you'll only receive discouragement if you won't convert your leads to revenue. Even for personnel having sales experience would feel conjusted in their atmosphere. I recommend that you could go for doing some kind of business in your area rather than seeking a career(BDA) in BYJU's.
Pros
Good trainers, free libation(in office)
Cons
No work-life balance, Less Incentive after training period, Low salary during training period, Bad behaviour from management, Rude Team Leader

Business Development Executive (Former Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - December 2, 2022
The work place is too harsh and everyone is frsutrated everytime, eventually showing the frustration on the employees and the company doesn't prove good product at all even don't look after the employees. Not giving salary on time and even the mangers and the senior managers are not compatible to work with.
Cons
Irritating, Tiring, Frustrating, Devastating

Scope to learn
Academic Specialist (Former Employee) - Remote - November 28, 2022
Poor work life balance. One should sit for long hours to take sessions. But, you get to learn while working. Health may take a backseat and you need to work for long duration.
