Byju's Employee Review

Good place to work

Good place to work. A bit stressful. But has a good pay scale. Depends on the manager. It is mostly work from home so that is a plus point. They would provide all the assets.

Satisfactory

Working as a teacher is good. But teachers need a individuality as well. Which is not much possible here. Otherwise satisfied with job. Though sometimes but stressful.

Pros

Work from home

Cons

Almost no breaks, health-wise troubling, work pressure is so that emploees have to start working before login time.

The scale was 1-5 otherwise I would have rated none

A typical day at work at Byjus can be quite hectic and stressful. The workload is often overwhelming, and there is little time for breaks or downtime. While there are opportunities for growth and learning, these are often overshadowed by the intense pressure to meet performance metrics. In terms of what I learned, I have gained valuable experience in my field, but I feel that there is a lack of training and support provided by management. This has made it difficult to stay up-to-date with new developments and trends in my industry.Management at Byjus could be improved. There is often a lack of transparency and communication, and decisions are made without input from employees. This has led to a feeling of disconnect and distrust between staff and management. The workplace culture at Byjus can be toxic and competitive, with little emphasis on work-life balance or employee wellbeing. The focus is primarily on hitting targets and meeting deadlines, which has led to a high turnover rate and low morale among staff. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the intense pressure and workload, as well as the lack of support and communication from management. It can be difficult to stay motivated and engaged in the work under these circumstances. The most enjoyable part of the job is the opportunity to work with talented and knowledgeable colleagues, as well as the sense of accomplishment when meeting performance metrics. However, these positives are often overshadowed by the negatives of the workplace culture and management style.Overall, I would not recommend Byjus as a great -
