Byju's Employee Review
Worst Management
BDA (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - January 25, 2023
Management is worst and HR’s don’t have any power and most of the employees are following fake sale due to pressure from the management. No job security, company don’t care about its employees.

Hectic life
BDA (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - February 20, 2023
Life is hectic. If you get good location, it's well. Targets are decent with calm time but need to extend working hours in order to achieve it. Go there if you have a tough skin !!

Senior Product Specialist (Former Employee) - Bangalore, India - March 21, 2023
A typical day at work at Byjus can be quite hectic and stressful. The workload is often overwhelming, and there is little time for breaks or downtime. While there are opportunities for growth and learning, these are often overshadowed by the intense pressure to meet performance metrics. In terms of what I learned, I have gained valuable experience in my field, but I feel that there is a lack of training and support provided by management. This has made it difficult to stay up-to-date with new developments and trends in my industry. Management at Byjus could be improved. There is often a lack of transparency and communication, and decisions are made without input from employees. This has led to a feeling of disconnect and distrust between staff and management. The workplace culture at Byjus can be toxic and competitive, with little emphasis on work-life balance or employee wellbeing. The focus is primarily on hitting targets and meeting deadlines, which has led to a high turnover rate and low morale among staff. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the intense pressure and workload, as well as the lack of support and communication from management. It can be difficult to stay motivated and engaged in the work under these circumstances. The most enjoyable part of the job is the opportunity to work with talented and knowledgeable colleagues, as well as the sense of accomplishment when meeting performance metrics. However, these positives are often overshadowed by the negatives of the workplace culture and management style. Overall, I would not recommend Byjus as a great -
