It make sure the members are able to maintain work life balance. They always allows you to switch your profile as per your skillsets within the organization

They have small offices in Pune and Mumbai as compared to Bengaluru and Chennai

Better work life balance

Great organisation with best work life balance. Hike and fund are not in hr hand but in the hand of managers. That’s why micromanagement is there.Leave policy is bad they don’t allow there employees to take leaves.

Operational support

Good quality of work.Good salary for freshers. (3.5lpa).Hikes are good like 3k to 5k.Good management.My project is good and fine. That can be a strong reason to like CGI.

Good to join CGI no doubt.

Lucky ones will be working in CGI there is no doubt. But like other companies one cannot expect amenities much. Other than this good people are in CGI. Especially Hyderabad.

low pay

Pay is extremely low compared to market standards(less than half) and experience is great good company. Good CSR activities. I have been here for 1.5 years and have to see how well its gonna go from here

Good company not sure of bench

Ok pay, some ppl always get the cream work, false promises need to work on project and tech you may not like. Wfh depending on the project. Share plan

The company CGI is very good in every aspect just the compensation was not upto the mark at all.

I really loved working in CGI for 7 years, work environment was really good, people are helping, work culture is good, i learnt a lot from 3 different projects I worked on in these 7 years. Only the compensation could have been improved as a whole.

Good place to work

You can learn and grow a lot in this organization They try to absorb people on bench, people don't get fired unless the are very poor performers. Management is approachable

OK OK Company

not much pressure, you can relax and work. Yearly hike is not good compared to other service based . not much to learn some projects have legacy technology.

The Overall experience is good

I have great learning opportunities and challenges during work. The workplace culture is good. Management is good as well. There are certification opportunities provided to everyone.

Best service based to work for .

Best best and best .Nothing more to say.Come here feel like home .Managers to directors are family members. Carrier growth is neutral .Depend on individual how he /she performing Depends her / his future. No lay offs .No bench policy .No ideal.
