Pay will be less for fresh grads for the initial 2 years. They won't give much Hikes for freshers.Organisation wise it is very nice organisation every management person is very nice.

Not good experience

Experience varies from project to project. Mine was a very stagnant one. They didn't even care to change it till I submitted resignation. Company policies are also not good barring the Share Purchase Plan.

The company CGI is very good in every aspect just the compensation was not upto the mark at all.

I really loved working in CGI for 7 years, work environment was really good, people are helping, work culture is good, i learnt a lot from 3 different projects I worked on in these 7 years. Only the compensation could have been improved as a whole.
