Pay will be less for fresh grads for the initial 2 years. They won't give much Hikes for freshers.Organisation wise it is very nice organisation every management person is very nice.

Pros======Work culture is good. ASDC Business unit is good. In this business unit you can get most of the development work Cons=========Hike is not good.They need to work on hike. Apraisal is not good.No onsite opportunity

Good work life balance.Less salary increment.Positive people.Free dinner. Free cab. Job security. Good upper management. Trying a lot on transparency and improving.Dormatory access: You can take rest any time.

Not so good food. Less outings/parties. Decent office.
