Nice work culture with zero politics with no one will monitor the work and micromanage is not there work life balance is good with good perks having flexibility

Good to start career and move in other domain

You have to be very keen towards what you want to learn and than look for a better opportunity because in CSS you will be mostly in the support role and not into the core development. Managers are quite supportive.
