It was 50-50, good and bad experience working in a CA firm. Firstly, I was hired for 9k salary but got 6k instead that was disappointing a bit more. Working for 9 hours was a lot still not appreciated. Not ignoring the facts that i have learned few things apart from my Institution.

I am enjoying my work each day coming to the office. I learned a lot in the field of Accounts, Administration and Operations, managing the clients, the people, obeying the seniors and superiors and coordinating with my peers and thereby making a healthy place to work for everyone. The management is the sole decision maker on anything and I fully agree to that. The hardest part was when I took over the job single handedly and the most enjoyable part is that I am efficiently handling each and every assignments now with a positive response from my superiors.

Audited Financial Statements are the product of a CPA's highest level of assurance services. Work friendly culture

Branch audit, Manage to develop in self confidence. Management were very helpful to the employee. Co-workers were very supportive. Travelling was the toughest part of work. Every day were enjoyable.
