What is the best part of working at the company?You get to learn how badly people want to save taxes and they're willing to pay.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The due date pressure. Client calling every single day, the boss putting pressure, the peers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It's not at all toxic. Its Edutainment i must say. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Mostly monotonous but sometimes during the due dates it gets exciting.

IF I TALK ABOUT WORK ENVOIRMENT AND CULTURE OF MY WORKING PLACE IT WILL BE SAME AS ABOVE.What is a typical day like for you at the company?"A typical work day for me includes managing a team of three junior accountants. I oversee their work and review the incoming financials. Most of the day is spent on data analysis, coaching, and reporting. I also spend some phone time with clients who may have questions regarding their monthly invoices.

Working in a CA firm is quiet difficult. If you are going CA firm to earn money then this is not that place. You learn basic stuffs here, To learn important things that will actually help you in earning good money in future, you will have to work for at least 2 years with lots of hardwork.
