It was long time ago, don't have much inputs. The place was fun but had its own issues. There were free lunches but the atmosphere was stressful. The management was good

i was started my career in carin energy pvt limited.i got good knowledge here.but salary is very less. good work cycle 21 days on 21 days off . i like this rotation.

Productive & skill developer

12 Hours of duty in the field as well as panel. I learnt about commissioning & oil & Gas Operations. Management is very co-ordinating & caring Co-workers are very supportive, hard-workers, Team-spiritual. The hardest part of the job is duty pattern which is rotational basis for 21 days away from the family.

daily work is required in this site and handling a man power as well as site and maintenance job and break down job. i'm to much learning in this site is how to work of hvac system and how to handle a man power as well as how to handle a site daily. my co- worker is 2 technician and 2 helper. at that time of break down more responsibility in our side. and monthly a function is arrangement by cairn india and i am participate in each and every event. and playing A weekly cricket.
