I am grateful for all I have learnt working with Cairn Oil and Gas. The amount of exposure it provides to the employees is wonderful. I worked in multiple fields, and I gained different experiences in each. The workplace is full of energy, and the management is very supportive.

Cairn tries to maintain a balance between work and social life. The company has initiated young managers to take very responsible positions , which is not in consonance with the experience required . Hence the company though inherited the work culture from their erstwhile European partner is fast deteriorating
