A startup of 20-25 which is more of a mess as the management is not that supportive. No predefined structure or process to work.

My experience with this company wasn't great enough, but as this was my first job i have put up all my efforts in learning whatever i could and whatever task i was assigned. so learnt a few things from the senior developers. But,the management there was not that helpful, they make almost each employee work around 10-12 hours on all the week days( 6 days) and most of them has to come on most of ...
