productive but at the same time not that good

A day at work is never ending. depends on site conditions. i have learned project execution along with labour, resource and time management. Management again depends on site condition. differs from site to site. Hardest part of job is that there is no time constraint for execution staff. work goes on day and night. Again differs from site to site.

management is very good for employees. high rise building have typical type of work on daily basis. for learning company is very good for freshers in real estate.
