Very nice job and also a fun workplace. I enjoyed a lot at my workplace and all are helpful person's . I'm trying for that job again. I also learned how to manage all at a time. Management is also very excellent.

There is lack of coordination between the departments, Some where departmental class due to progress of work. They want to sign in the market without proper base line.

Only out door TA / DA available.

No over time you have to work at least 10 Hrs.

Higher management was good and sites are remotely located. salary was late by a month at least and you will never get a leave easily . overall good among civil contractor companies.
