It was good organisation, but only attention to special person. New recruiter does not get that much of support. Employee have to do work out of his role. Pressurized work from Site In-charge for new recruiter.

There is no specific system in company. No Job security . The one who does show business goes up. No value for Hardwork . There is such specific strategy they have kept for Salary ,Experience, Posts, etc. Work Culture is Ok Ok. No Other activites are conducted for refreshment of Employee. No Growth for people who dont show off their work. No Job security.

Being QA/QC Engineer, i involved in execution and even Quantity Surveying. This helped to gain more knowledge. But to maintain work and personal life is difficult with lot of pressure from all departmental works. Overall this made to gain more knowledge.

A day at work is never ending. depends on site conditions. i have learned project execution along with labour, resource and time management. Management again depends on site condition. differs from site to site. Hardest part of job is that there is no time constraint for execution staff. work goes on day and night. Again differs from site to site.

I am working here since Oct-2013. and find this organization good for career enhancement. there were good opportunity for working individually and take responsibilities. But the extreme work pressure from clients make the staff tired as the knowledgeable person who take more responsibilities are very few in company. as the company is growing up the company become stabilized. all the senior management are nice and helpful to do job who takes responsibilities. I prefer to join the organization.
