1. Disconnected HR-From hiring to HR'ing. Third party but now looks as if their doing some restaffing. 2. Disconnected owner and upper staff. Reminds you of house (business) flippers gone bad. 3. Profit margin must be way way low because it's about 20-25% under market as far as wage and compensation. This will show on moral and product quality. It is a year before you will touch any benefits besides regular holidays. In short you will be able to work but have a hard time in affording ability to to get there.

Management and Colleagues are extremely friendly and supportive. The projects are good and especially the shared services model at Capco really gives a great opportunity to work for a BA/PM hybrid delivery roles which a bliss for anyone to start the career.
Good work life balance and employee friendly company. HR policies are people oriented. Good learning experience. management is easily approachable if feedback is required to be given.
