  • Everything about it. Extremely difficult to get promotions despite hard work because of politics. Only personal influencers promoted.Cannot switch technology/project/BU/location. No flexibility at all.

  • Too poor management and high in dirty politics. Funny about Capgemini is potentially high performance employee are never recognized as well as company failes to retain them.

Quarterly promotion list is published with no details of to which grade they are promoted to. In short it's another way to make the people fool. Overall Capgemini is not that company which it was 3 year's back. Downfalls has started. Not a good place to work for freshers & for experienced professionals.Be aware before accepting offer from Capgemini.
