  • For hardworking please give them Promotion

  • Consider the critical resources experience.

  • Focus on and consider individual experience and involvement while employed.

  • Please take care of the yearly hike which was not that good.

  • To give people projects according to skill set.
    Provide relocation to the needy person.

    Provide opportunities in different projects . i.e. change project after 18 months for better carrier growth.
