Management is full of politics, If anything goes wrong blame game starts and one who is submissive will be made scape goat. If anything done well everybody will come to claim the credit. If leadership does not get projects you will be asked to leave org. without any prior intimation and does not provide proper reasons for the same. Working conditions are not good. Employees are not trusted. No work life balance.
Very less salary
Good work life balance.Focus on certifications of all type - functional, technicalGreat team work but legacy projects make work less interestingVery less compensation
work life balance
My time at Capgemini was quite short. It is a huge organization hence the experience might vary for every individuals. What I didn't like about the organization was, they don't mind to examine the talents properly and only exchange people here and there across India irrespective for their expertise in a domain. It is more like they decide your career.I liked their training programmes.
A good place to work. Plenty of opportunities. Again it depends on the project you are in. The office is located in remote area. Difficult to get transport.
No dress code. Good food. Good hike. Your work gets noticed.
If you're deployed in client location, it gets difficult for you to get in touch with your management. U will feel abandoned

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
They ask you to mandatory put holidays at the end of year even if you have worked on those days. So that you cannot use it. There is no policy but uneducated HRs will do it. They dont allow more than 9 hours of charging in timesheet.
Long hours, uneducated management, HR full of lies and deceit, colonial culturr
The work environment is very good . There is job security. Basic facilities are very good. However the pay package or the salary is very low . The annual increment is too low (4 to 6 % only) The hike after promotion is also very low only 7%There is no standardisation of salary. The salary bandwith is too much. An employee may have 10000 p.m while another employee with same role/profile/experience/qualifications may have 20000. So there is no standardisation of the salary
Good work environment and Job Security

Some times more longer in bench people will be trouble.
Always need to upskill yourself to stay competitive for projects. Capgemini provides all training platforms and support needs for the employees to upskill themselves. The projects are good here providing great opportunities to all working here and that too in modern technologies (digital, AI, Rpa, Iot, data insights etc..). HR here provides a relaxing atmosphere by creating fun activities for employees and also its families which is a very special feature of this organisation to maintain a work life balance.
Trainings, Strong HR people management, Great initiative, Top Clients
Good company to grow but bad politics by Indian management. I learnt few additional things technically and around management. Work culture is OK. Enjoyed the Job. Strived for Innovation in the job.
Lots of Projects, opportunities to grow
Salary, changing BUs, Not many Onsites
It's a good organization but if you are seeing for any development projects then I don't recommend this place there are very few projects for development and salary hike is not getting as expected, and a part from that rest all things are satisfactory as compare to any other MNC.
