The organization has a big portfolio from BFSI domain and have got very good clients. If you get associated to good client then you can live here for years.

The company is good and balanced work space. Mangers are supportive salaries are provided on time
Heavy Discrimination and. requires to please 24/7 your bosses, especially team from igate and new leadership as they do not fit for the position they were being recruiting.
Fun at workplace, but Management is regionally biased sometimes. Staffing not at all cooperative. You get scope to learn and grow your skills in terms of training and certification (Sponsored).

Offshore is totally at the mercy of Onsite. Offshore does not have any power to challenge onsite team even if Onsite team is wrong.Everyone tells you to leave it and continue working with hostile team

Capgemini is a good place to work, good place to learn new things and technologies, but have some politics in few places this née s to be change except this every thing good at capgemini.
Work culture is good, but hike is very low all the times. Freshers they are giving more package than experienced candidates. Management is fine. HR department is not that much expected always they depend on project managers

HR and senior leadership wont accept any call. They do not reply on email.
They keep on hiring people but do not have projects. I have been on bench for 2-3 months post joining.
