Great place to work but work-life balance is not good compared to other service based MNCs. Also increments and hikes are not really good, would say single digit hikes and salary is not as per current market standard. Opportunity to learn new technologies and go on-site if your performance is outstanding.

Unless the project you are working on has visibility or has gone live just before the appraisal, the management will find any excuse to not give you a good hike and to top that, the feedback will be excellent and like never heard before but they will use the excuse of bell curve to not give you an hike.So choose a good project.

Work environment is good. I have learnt technologies which is suitable for my project.there is always musical Monday once in a week.Most enjoyable part is team outing it give relaxation to employees. food was good at canteen.
