I have never faced any problems regarding work life balance, pay is bit less but as expected of any service based company. Mostly old technologies are still used.

It entirely depends on your project. I worked for 2 projects and they are good in terms of work life balance.

Great place to work. However leaves are low compared to other companies.Advice to management: Kindly add sick leaves as a seperate entity in the LMSFor seniors it's good place to work.

Not recommended . Seniors are not supportive. There is no respect for juniors. Administration is also not good. No hike as well. Company is just good for fresher or leads.

Company and policies are good. WFH allowed based on the project you worked Learning curve is good as it has more learning platforms like coursera, plural sight and Udemy.
