Capgemini provides a good workspace. I have noticed that pay hike is very minimum at this organization.Sometimes there is biasness during the time of year end appraisals.

I have been working at Capgemini Consulting full-time (around 3 years) Pros It's an employee friendly and give a chance to learn new technologies and upgrade your skills and provide lots of trainings as well. Cons Little bit slow in increment of salary

Capgemini is one of the best IT companies for which I work. Best part is training program provided to fresher's. Learn a lot new things. Also no bench policy is good. Co-workers are supportive.

Timings are very flexible..The only disadvantage i had there i was not able to get productive work and we can say development work.Clients are very frequently visiting in capgemini.

Stressful learning with no work-life balance with Good pay.

The on-boarding process itself is very hectic and once yout get on-boarded they will throw you into any domain regardless of what they asked you in interview. As a fresher you don't have any say in opting your preferrable technology. After that your trainings will start and they are also good but without any doubt-clearing. Then you will be getting project interview calls for the same and start to get KT for the particular project. After that you will get bunch load of pressure and gradually your work-life balance will start to get hectic and messy. Good place to learn but not at all productive.
