CG recruits juniors with 1-4 years of experience more and seniors slog here in training these juniors. Your variable in package is high which is part of ur CTC and to get ur own money in variable u need to get rating 2 else you loose ur money. Again despite of ur good rating every year compensation hike is below benchmark.

Recruitment staff and Managers are super cheaters

This company pays me a salary as of fresher level even though I have 12 years of experience and required certification. Actually, the recruiter hired me stating I do not fulfill the criteria for their vacancy hence giving less pay but later, I was moved to role and responsibilities of my profile however, my pay remain unchanged as like fresher.

Everything depends on the Project you are in.

Horrible HR and recruitment staff with super Politicians are Management staff
