Nice & Productive

One of the best IT MNCs one can join, both as a fresher & as an experienced professional.Their internal infrastructure is very robust & well defined, which immensely helps to carry out the day to day tasks in a smooth way.All the managers in every department are extremely kind & cooperative.Scope of learning & growth is very good, if you remain proactive & utilise all the available resources.The only negative point I'd say is the relocation policy, not everyone can afford to relocate to a different city leaving their old parents all alone by themselves back at home, but I guess most of the IT MNCs in India have that problem.

I have learnt so many things in Capgemini. Good place to work. seniors are help full . Compensation is quite low as per market . Good facilities overall good

Good work place

This was my first company and as a fresher there ere no guidence given. I had to figure aut everything on my own which was very difficult, usually there is some person assigned to guide through the company policies. After certain time i could see too much of company Politics and favors to certain people, this effected my carrer growth.

Good for senior level people

Junior people get supressed , not so good hikes 50000 hike on 4 lakhs in 2 years.Management doesnt care about employess well being .Senior management take only senior people in account

Fun workplace

Do a work on time which is based on SLA.I learn how to secure our data an it's importance.Workplace culture is very decent.The hardest part of the job if you stuck no one come to help you they just say we will help you but they not.

It's like a healthy relationship with good work-life balance.

What is the best part of working at the company?My team. Every single person in my team was precious. Everyone was super smart and super supportive and kind and motivated me to be my best. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I was working in the India office for clients in Europe, so managing the time difference was a bit stressful.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There was never a dull moment at Capgemini. With the lunch hour music concerts to celebrating every single festival. There was always something fun going around the campus. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Typical day would be like, get in, have breakfast, start working. Working part always felt like you were sitting with a group of your friends discussing everything under the sun while completing your projects. They follow a healthy work culture, giving us multiple small breaks. And the seniors never asked me to stay longer than my scheduled hours.

Good for freshers

Good for freshers to learn new technologies and work life balance is good (based on project allocation) . Hike percentage is very low and salary is low .

Too much bench period , good leave policy

Good company with good policies but too much bench period for freshers Max up to 1-1.5 years which ruins your career. As an experienced you can join but as a fresher is not a good choice

Stressful environment, regional politics

Please abstain from joining capgemini. It has a very poor compensation schemes and exploit employees a lot. Regional bias and politics were an integral part.
