Good place to work

But not good in terms of promotions or salary hike.No encouragement for special certifications.No proper direction for each role.If you are in project and if you are getting billing no one cares about your aspirations. But cool work.

Good comp for short duration

Solution Lead / Architect (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - March 10, 2019

Good initial salary for lateral hires, very no or negligible hikes in later years. Flexibility in time of work (depending on project though). Work-life is better than other companies.

Though this company calls itself as top 10 consulting companies of the world , but most horrible company that I have ever worked . Too much of nepotism and favoritism and not clear what they are looking for . Lacks high level co -ordination right from day 1 of joining , you will find a vast difference between your interview and once you join that organization and if you ask them they will start having vengeance on you They only have policies for name sake
