Not a great place for freshers

Most of the IT projects are support and they hire huge pools of freshers with minimal salary , learning curve is very slow as well as financial growth for freshers

Ruthless, tyrant boss , conman , treating sub ordinate as labour, no trust within a team, no true leaders are there .Senior compelling their junior to do hard work and they enjoy the fruit .Not try to understand ground level issues .Not at all interested.Only greed of earning money .No intention to improve quality in sourcing of business and quality improvement of portfolioProsExcept Salary everything is bad in this organisationConsLong hours working hour, no personal life, no holiday, no Sunday .Work everyday . Earning Robot, no sentiment no emotion no family .They don't think anything else .only profit earning

People Oriented Company

A lot of learning opportunities, work life balance depends on project to project. In terms of upskilling we have a access to all major e-learning providers. The only pain point is compensation here.

It's not for freshers. Senior people don't treat freshers well. inorder to get hike in salary u need to good to manager. They don't see what work u do. If u work and u r not good to manager then no good ratings.

Service base company, nice job and friendly team

Nice company but looking new to learn, this is service based company I learn many new things in this company related to my field. Supportive team, but salary is not good as per knowledgeable person and experience

Productive

Good place to work. but you should not expect reasonable hikes. Every year appraisal time you should need to wait for the expectation.but you get only 5 percent hike still if you perform extremely. Managers will satisfy themself by giving low hikes to team members

Awesome Experience in Cagemini, good work environment, good training session, good people, helpful management team and having all opportunity/ facilities. I have good opportunity to work in any field as per your interest. Good client interaction.
