Manager is worst, I lost my job within 5 month, manager is asking for money as bribe but in indirect way, overall never join there.

Slow process, No job ecurity , Only at last engagenent team is good but manager is ridiculous , He asked for money after when I received my first salary he has eaten my job I am. Jobless, Hopeless if any option to attach proof then definitely I will attach one day god will eat his job then he realize I am in the position to end my life because of him I lost job in the recesation, now what to say never join capgemini

Good company to start your carreer. Salary hike was good compare to other MNC company. Ur carreer is depends on which project you have been put up.

Lots of SAP projects to get hands on experience

Typical to any service based company, depends on the project. Bad annual increment, chances of onsite opportunity.Overall the workculture depends on the project.

Onsite opportunity

Not a great place for freshers

Most of the IT projects are support and they hire huge pools of freshers with minimal salary , learning curve is very slow as well as financial growth for freshers

Fun place to work

Good work life balance. Work depends on the project you are in. But management is helpful and keen on receiving feedback. Compensation is okay. Growth and hike depends upon manager. You can learn many things using platforms like coursera and udemy

Nice work culture hike employee benefits initial hike long leave no work pressure only enjoy and enjoy no micro management highly skilled HRs and employee HRs are mostly highly educated and professional

Job Security

There is job security. Rest all depends on client and higher management in account. Usually they are not bothered much. Salary benefits are below market.

An average place to work

The work load is okay. Pay hike is close to none. I did not get any promotion or hike until completion of 18 months. Environment is pretty toxic. No culture of rewards or bonuses based on performance.

Fun and comfy environment

There was no transport facility and the work location was really far. Teaching was really good and learnt about Linux, C and Wifi Technology. The management was not organized and needed coordination. The hardest part about the job was the daily travel and too many assignments. The most enjoyable part was got to learn a lot and made really good friends and had really good mentors.

Free Time

No Transport, No fixed space for new commers had to constantly move.
