Overall Capgemini is a good company with good policies. However, lot of things also depends on your immediate managers and the VPs. Its a huge company and hence you get plenty of opportunities to work if you are keen to learn new things. At the same time due to the massive size, you are just a number and your relations with your manager becomes important for your growth.

Good work culture and plenty of opportunities to prove your worth.
Cons
Standardized policies which may not fit for all employees.

Good and stable place to work with good work-life balance. Job stability is good, and there is a good team culture. Has many diverse domains and projects. Has very good clients to work for like VMware, HP.

What is the best part of working at the company?The exposure and options to build competency other than just working on dedicated projects .What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Minimum 12 to 14 hours work and poor work life balance. Minimal annual hikes and poor work culture specially for women. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Depends on the project and people you work with. Could get hostile as everything is under managers . Very less exposure or involvement of HR.
