Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Financial Analyst at Capgemini

Good company to work for

I worked for Capgemini for 3.5 yrs. It was a pretty good experience. However your experience depends on your manager. Good work ethics. They even gave me transfer near my home town. They allowed me work from home even before the pandemic.

Work life balance, Flexibility to work, No (very little) work pressure

They should pay more to their employees.
