Sensible work culture

Good line managers and very open all the way to the top. Multiple avenues of work and with plans on how to achieve realistic goals. Succession planning and promotions need to be relooked at as well as compensation across levels.

Work environment is very good.

I was fortunate to be part of capita. Capita India is a amazing place to work with. Where my work and task was very clear and interesting. And All the manger are very helpful. I will recommend All the fresher to start their career with Capita India.

Absotively Toxic

Working here was a good experience at the beginning however as they lost Next process, their fate came to extinction. They were almost begging for employees to stay back with no concrete plan. Employees showed their trust and were hired for process like O2. Till the time the process was oscillating, they got the work done. Once process was set, they started harrasment. I feel that the management at O2 is completely chaatu and does not respect to talent and hardwork. You will find 'favourites' doing a time pass and true workers being threatened of termination. Moreover they did not paid the left salary also. Such a shame capita

Unprofessional, careers assisina

The most unprofessional organization I've worked with. Management is bias and has no spine and can't stand for their employees, can't make decisions for their employees rely heavily on ensuring te clients abuse the human rights. Not an ethical company to work with

The company is good.

The company is good. Salary is credited last day of the month. During festivals, they credit the salary before the festival.It's a chat process. We need to solve uk customer queries via chat.There is one chat at a time.

Its good for freshers

Its good for freshers and knowledge, less growth and less salary, work life balance is there but not in all the process, management is too secretive and most imp decisions come to know at the very end

Forced to work on weekends without pay and penalized frequently and threatened frequently as terminating from the job by managers. And no proper training and force us.

It's one of the best place you can enjoy working with the environment at office

No doubt for what you spend and it's worth it back,very graceful weakened, week days are loaded with updates, makeovers, challenges, etc feels refreshing every day at work, break time helps to come out with stress and to continue after playing TT.

Fun workplace. Nice cab service.

Fun workplace, nice cab service and good and affordable cafeteria. The management was cooperative and approved my shift change requests. Also, they try to retain their employees, which is good.

Overall is good

In 3 years , management changed drastically. No proper process. Team bonding is poor. Lead of no use. No motivation no appreciation. If project is good you are good.Company policies are great, employee oriented. Just pray you get a good manager and team.

Capita cares for it's employees

I have worked twice for Capita and would talk about especially my first experience. It has been fun and I felt so happy going to work everyday. There have been times when I haven't taken a single day off and done overtime working at 15 days at a stretch 10 hours a day at my will. I never felt tired. Infact I used to enjoy going to work. Also the culture and management is very supportive. They have supported me at my most trying times, when I had to leave (unwanting to but no option - personal reasons) and immediately rehired me too when I was ready to work again. I didn't work for any other company in between. I have enjoyed working with Capita on the whole.
