The most unprofessional organization I've worked with. Management is bias and has no spine and can't stand for their employees, can't make decisions for their employees rely heavily on ensuring te clients abuse the human rights. Not an ethical company to work with

Join this company as the last resort. They ask you to leave with a pathetic reason like ooo signature was unprofessional because I raised a harassment complaint against sr manager. Then they dilute your duties and try to prove you non productive. No hierarchy followed and when you raise a concern you are victim of the office politics

Fun workplace and challenging to learn new things

Capita has a culture of working hard to deliver excellent service level and then enjoying and celebrating the good work with everyone. There is a lot to learn as many of the accounts are growing and there are ample opportunities for a starter.
