Company is good, but few managers are not.Good number of PLs and other holidays.No work related stress.Pay is average, yearly hike us good.Friendly colleagues is the best partParties and outings

Good company. Less salary. There is no job security. They will remove as per there wish. No pressure. There will minimal increment. Interview is easy.
Good management support and overall nice expirence working in capita, we have a better transportation facility all staff cooperate each other and we have a good atmosphere to work in
Its very fun workplace, taking care of employees, very decent management, sporty admin staff like own home work at capita only and only working at Thane, when management changed at Mumbai (Sakinaka ) Management axe us ( removed us without notice period ) we 25 people mostly working there more than six years axe us ( removed us ) without notice, its very difficult to accept this thing from management. After this management appoint some people on contract basis for our process.

They ask you to leave with a pathetic reason like ooo signature was unprofessional because I raised a harassment complaint against sr manager. Then they dilute your duties and try to prove you non productive. No hierarchy followed and when you raise a concern you are victim of the office politics

Management dont listen to improvement ideas and suggestions for employees. Employees are given rating based on managers closeness to employee. Dont go

We get lots of job oppertunity in Capita, many good performers are sent to overseas, also there is increament every year and we get yearly bonus as well..over all I would rate the Company as 5*
Managers and management should learn some humanity and salary package should be more. They'll not allow mobiles into the cafeteria and they strictly not allow us to speak in phone also.
Management is keep changing, not a good company to work for.
Need a huge improvement, senior managers does not know what ground level managers are doing. They keep pushing thing on other to highlight they are doing a good job, while the reality is they are not working.

Very partial and don’t appreciate hard work however some managers play dirty games. They don’t give levy to women employees with family however even after hard work there is only disappointment
