Management is good overall to many cooks which will eventually spoil the entire atmosphere of office. Department head should not be given too much authority which will impact the performance of the employee who works under them.

It is a fintech company where teething problems still persists even after three years. Another issue is with market place where multiple lenders are doing lending which causes increase in TAT.

a typical day at the work would begin with a meeting with seniors and followed by field visit i learned study of a lot of finance related documents specifically loan Management was excellent being a sales profile work place culture was a little deteriorated but there's no one to be blamed hardest part of the job was traveling from my place to the office the colleagues i became friends with were the best part of the job

Was good place to when it was a startup. Timings are from 10-6 and 6 days a week young management team bad workplace some really good and some really difficult people work is really good
