Management is good overall to many cooks which will eventually spoil the entire atmosphere of office. Department head should not be given too much authority which will impact the performance of the employee who works under them.

The overall reasonably good company learned quite a lot from this company.This is my first platform after education. I enjoyed each and every work assigned to me. I even had challenging work which rewarded many bonuses which encouraged me to work efficiently and effectively.

There should be better work-life balance. Managament could be improved A good platform to work in terms of learning new technologies. workplace culture is flexible.
