The HR department will act on the basis of the report what they got from the team leaders or managers. All things are good if you are good.

Very bad experience - Job security is none.

They fire employee whenever they want. They directly inform that the employee is fired because the company has no projects. Even after completion of the probation period.

Job security is almost none. Company hires and fire people whenever they want. Once the project is done you have a good chance that you are asked to resign. Do not join if you want job security.

Productive and friendly environment

I learned here with gather knowledge in different technologies which was great for my professional career. Got freedom with my work and abled to upgrade my skill as permitted by my project manager. Clients were also helping nature and encouraged to do work as I was enjoyed my job to do so. Management also very helpful.

Bad company for freshers and experienced

Not at all good.Too much unnecessary pressure,when you will feel relaxed you will be loaded with another support project.They are always after you to complete the project before deadline.Salary too low.If only you accept low pay then only you will be hired else you will be not.Appraisal is not sure if it would happen for you or not.Even though if you complete a project you will still never get any hike and will be told your performance is not upto mark.Beware its a fake company which will lure you with its ambience.Remember they will take interview not in interview room but instead inside their office where you will be able to see their large office.They only can make money but will pay peanuts to employee.
