Not a healthy workplace

I worked in career launcher pune and it has worst management i have seen ever, every worker ever worked for them will corroborate that. Last place one should seek job at.

Career Launcher is basically an educational institute. My job profile was BDM were my work was to handle the institute and to market about our institute. Work culture was too good as everyone were very helpfull and enthusiastic.
