That was good working with CareerNet. I learned so much about Technical recruitment. • Handled/Client Interactions with Accenture, Microsoft, Xebia, Arvind Lifestyle, Host Analytics, Darwin Box, Gain Sight, Operative Media, AltiSource. • Sourcing through active and passive ways from LinkedIn, Facebook, Reference, AMS (Internal Portal) etc. Extensive use of Job Portals like Naukri India, Monster India, Times Job. • Involved in permanent staffing. • Involved in Entry level, Middle level, senior level and Leadership hiring for technical requirements. • Have worked on Generic, Niche and Super Niche skills. • Pre-Screening Candidates for the suitability of the requirement and sending them for an interview after taking telephonic rounds. Also, adept at setting up F2F, Telephonic and Skype interview rounds with the Hiring Manager. • Complete follow-up and coordination from interview till post joining including Salary Negotiations. • Maintaining, updating and consolidating Dashboard to track applicants throughout various stages of the hiring process on time. • Involved in handling the team, handling the client and in Creating Source plan to allocate the available bandwidth.

They provide cab , Food facility, mentor you well if you are a fresher Good company for Work life balance. Good for female employees. No pressure even if there was no project or lesser work. Fun place to work
