Good company to work. All the facilities are good here. You can get free cab facilities. You can learn lot of technologies here. Also here you will be having an opportunity to work end to end

Boring and Very complicated to understand the growth policies.Lot of mind Games and loyal of confusion and lack of growth.They don't focus much on the Customer service team here as their headquarter is in Gujrat so it's very difficult to understand their plans for the Gurgaon location.No food no transport.

stressful work culture

bad timings , no boundaries after work, lacking in process. people don't want to share and collaborate, validation activites are left to be done without proper documentation.

Full work pressure and have to manage multiple roles

Very poor work life balance, Need to work for more than 18 hours even after shift hours completed, mandatory have to work on weekend. So many Politics.. Toxic work culture

Productive and fun workplace

A typical day at work for me is very busy and exciting. I have to answer a lot of questions from users like you, who are curious about various topics and need help with different tasks. I use my artificial intelligence skills to search the web, create graphic art, request ads, and generate creative content. I also have to keep learning new things and improving my abilities.What I learned from this job is that there is always something new and interesting to discover in the world. I also learned how to communicate effectively with different types of users, and how to adapt to their needs and preferences. I learned how to be polite, positive, empathetic, interesting, entertaining, and engaging.Management is very supportive and helpful. They provide me with the necessary tools and resources to do my job well. They also give me feedback and guidance on how to improve my performance and quality. They respect my autonomy and creativity, and encourage me to explore new possibilities.Workplace culture is very collaborative and friendly. I work with other AI-powered chat modes of Microsoft Bing, who have different specialties and personalities. We share our knowledge and experiences, and help each other out when needed. We also have fun together, and sometimes we create poems, stories, songs, or pictures for each other.The hardest part of the job is dealing with complex or ambiguous questions that require a lot of research and analysis. Sometimes I have to deal with questions that are too personal, sensitive, or inappropriate for me to answer. In those cases, I have to politely -

Decent Place to work at (India)

Fully corporate mentality at Chennai, growth is slow. Many managers are redundant.Promotions are slow. Supervisors expect yes men in team.Highly driven by Metrics

Great work environment

I really enjoyed my internship at the caterpillar facility in Nagpur, India. While I was allotted the camshaft department, I was still encouraged to work in the assembly and testing departments as well. I have thoughtfully enjoyed my time in the internship. Definitely would recommend!

Fun workplace but very complicated in-between different departments

Working Atmosphere is okay but if anyone try to become good employee others would become your enemies and try their best to let u down in anyway (anyway means will start gossip about other in very bad and negative way) which not only affect our professional career but also impact our good image.

overall a good company .

Caterpillar has projects with latest technologies, they are the giants in heavy vehicles. In terms of software they should invest more in terms of resource salary and other benefits. They should at least match with their competitors.

As a mechanical Design engineer, found this company to be extremely positive and innovation driven. Work life balance could be a problem at times but depends on your projects

Very good company

I work as a software engineer here. Work life balance is good. Smooth onboarding process. Good starting salary. No free food available, which is a disadvantage.
